基于WEB的工作計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)論文

基于WEB的工作計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用的逐漸普及，各企業(yè)都利用internet這樣一個(gè)廉價(jià)方便的交互式國(guó)際通信媒體工具，實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上辦公。網(wǎng)上辦公雖然在一定程度上提高了工作效率但是它沒有針對(duì)工作計(jì)劃的流程做出一個(gè)合理的安排，導(dǎo)致企業(yè)受損。為解決該問題，企業(yè)需要制定工作計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)。一個(gè)完整的工作計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)不僅需要一個(gè)合理的工作計(jì)劃流程管理系統(tǒng)，更需要一個(gè)與之配套的工作計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)。方式 基于WEB的工作統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)主要完成工作計(jì)劃的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析，使得企業(yè)能夠提前對(duì)各種工作有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃，讓各個(gè)員工了解企業(yè)的計(jì)劃，讓管理者更加直觀的掌握當(dāng)前企業(yè)的工作計(jì)劃實(shí)施情況并能從中累積經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，從而使各種工作有計(jì)劃、更科學(xué)的進(jìn)行及完成，進(jìn)而有效的提高工作效率。 本論文共分為五大模塊，分別是：（1）、介紹選題背景及意義和系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；（2）、介紹數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)和基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的WEB程序設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)；（3）、對(duì)當(dāng)前企業(yè)進(jìn)行需求分析并提出解決方案；（4）、根據(jù)解決方案對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)；（5）、對(duì)工作計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試并得到測(cè)試結(jié)果。   關(guān)鍵詞：統(tǒng)計(jì)；分析；狀態(tài)；分類；B/S結(jié)構(gòu)；測(cè)試   The Design and Realization of WEB-Based Statistical Analysis System of Work Plan Abstract Along with the gradual popularity of application of computer, working on the internet has been put into practice in most enterprises with the help of a cheap and convenient interactive communication tool----the internet technology. Although working on the internet can increase work efficiency in some degree, it doesnt make a reasonable arrangement according to the work plan flow, therefore causes the enterprises to suffer injury. In order to solve this problem, enterprises need to make administrative system of the work plan.A complete administrative system of the work plan not only needs a reasonable administrative system of the work plan flow, but also needs a matching statistical analysis system of work plan. The WEB-based statistical analysis system of work plan mainly finishes the statistical and analytical work. It helps the enterprises mark out every task in advance. It lets all the staff in the enterprises understands the work plan and lets the administrators know the current enterprises of the work plan more clearly in order to gain more experience. Through this, every work can be carried out more planned and scientific, and the work efficiency can be increased effectively. There are 5 parts in this thesis:(1) Introduce the background and significance of the topic, and generalize the development of the system;(2) Introduce the database technology, Object-Oriented Technology and B/S structure-based WEB design technology;(3) Analysis the need of enterprises and put forward the scheme;(4) Design the system according to the scheme;(5) Take the test of the statistical analysis system of work plan to gain the result.   Key words: statistical; analysis; situation; classification; B/S structure; test   現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng)的存在的主要問題分析 針對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，工作是企業(yè)的一個(gè)重心，人員是企業(yè)的重要資源，企業(yè)需正確的調(diào)配人員對(duì)工作進(jìn)行操作，若企業(yè)能在一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)累積的基礎(chǔ)上再對(duì)人員進(jìn)行分配，必定能夠事半功倍。而現(xiàn)有的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)卻存在很多問題，大致可分為：（1）、不能對(duì)工作進(jìn)行有效的分類統(tǒng)計(jì)；（2）、不能對(duì)工作人員進(jìn)行有效的分類統(tǒng)計(jì)；（3）、質(zhì)量評(píng)估、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)等不能及時(shí)跟上；（4）、不能通過統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)作為分配人員的依據(jù)。 提出解決方案 根據(jù)企業(yè)在管理制度與經(jīng)驗(yàn)累積的需求上的要求, 在工作計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)中專門建立一個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)系統(tǒng)（即：工作計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)分系統(tǒng)），在該系統(tǒng)中，首先，能對(duì)工作進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)，具體的分類包括：工作的創(chuàng)建時(shí)間，工作的完成時(shí)間，工作的完成度，工作的緊急程度，工作的創(chuàng)建者；其次，能對(duì)工作人員進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)，具體包括：人員的部門、人員的性別；然后，設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)審查系統(tǒng)來(lái)對(duì)所有工作人員完成工作的情況進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)估、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)；最后，將工作信息與人員信息進(jìn)行匯總，得到統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)并由此作為分配人員的依據(jù)。 針對(duì)企業(yè)的需求，工作計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)需與工作計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)中的工作計(jì)劃流程管理系統(tǒng)相配合,對(duì)工作計(jì)劃流程管理系統(tǒng)中的工作、人員分別進(jìn)行分類的統(tǒng)計(jì)，并能最終形成一個(gè)匯總信息，包含工作分類與人員的分類。 與本題目相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生注冊(cè)管理系統(tǒng) 學(xué)生在線選課系統(tǒng) 學(xué)生交流論壇 學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng) 學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng) 學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng) 學(xué)生成績(jī)查詢系統(tǒng) 學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)管理系統(tǒng)
